To get the digital version you have to create a japan PSN account on your PS5. After that you have get japan PSN gift card and redeem them on your new japan account. Once you have enough money in your digital wallet you can buy the digital version in the japan playstation store.​​​

How to buy the game on steam:

  1. activate your VPN (I have used an app called VPN Japan. In my case the connection was set to Tokyo)

  2. Create a new account on steam and set country to Japan (no address needed)

  3. Buy Japan (yen)steam gift cards

  4. I bought mine at https://www.apartment507.com From this shop you will receive a special code in an email. "Prepaid Code STEAM Gift Card Japan (Digital) - 3000 Yen: 9125495633 (this was my code)" This code has to be redeemed at steamprepaidcard.degica.com First enter the email of your Japan account. Set the amount of your gift card (in my case 3000yen) enter the code from apartment507​

  5. your Japan account now should have the amount of yen you have redeemed

  6. Search for the game and put it in your cart. Hit purchase and select your steam wallet.
